4-H Volunteers: Organizational Leader

Purpose

To provide leadership and organization for a group of youth in a 4-H club.

Responsibilities

• Participate in initial volunteer application and interview process
• Attend new volunteer training (offered annually)
• Attend at least two quarterly volunteer meetings
• Promote 4-H and recruit members regardless of sex, race, or disability.
• Uphold county 4-H policies and procedures
• Submit required reports to the 4-H office in a timely manner
• Oversee club meetings
