4-H Volunteers: Co-Leader


Purpose

To assist the club organizational leader in the guidance and operation of the 4-H club.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in initial volunteer application and interview process
  • Attend new volunteer training (offered annually)
  • Attend at least two quarterly volunteer meetings
  • Promote 4-H and recruit members regardless of sex, race, or disability
  • Uphold county 4-H policies and procedures
  • Assist during club activities when needed
  • Oversee club meetings in the absence of the organizational leader
