4-H Volunteers: Co-Leader
Purpose
To assist the club organizational leader in the guidance and operation of the 4-H club.
Responsibilities
- Participate in initial volunteer application and interview process
- Attend new volunteer training (offered annually)
- Attend at least two quarterly volunteer meetings
- Promote 4-H and recruit members regardless of sex, race, or disability
- Uphold county 4-H policies and procedures
- Assist during club activities when needed
- Oversee club meetings in the absence of the organizational leader
